Not much bezel
OnLeaks and an Indian news website partnered to release a number of renders and specifications of the HTC U11 Plus. They show minimal bezel compared to the U11 model currently available. A YouTube video shows an alleged 360 degree render of the U11 Plus, showing a lot of similarity to the Pixel 2 XL.

November 2
HTC is expected to reveal the new handsets at an event in Taipei on Nov. 2. HTC hasn't confirmed which devices will be announced, but it has included image hints of its next U11 Plus smartphone.
Rear fingerprint scanner
In a teaser posted this month, HTC showed the U11 Plus will include a fingerprint scanner on the rear of the handset.
Edge Sense
While it hasn't been reported, it would make sense for the U11 Plus to have HTC's squeezable "Edge Sense" sides that activate Google Assistant. This feature has made its way into the Pixel 2 and HTC U11. It's not clear what the pricing or availability of the U11 Plus will be.
HTC U11 Life
HTC is also rumored to announce a mid-range, Android One device called the HTC U11 Life. The 5.2-inch handset is expected to have a Snapdragon 630 chipset, 32GB of storage, 16-megapixel rear camera, 16-megapixel front camera, and microSD card slot. The U11 Life is expected to launch with Android Oreo.
More to come
Recent leaks of the U11 Life have shown a fingerprint scanner on the front of the device (like the U11 flagship), suggesting HTC's recent tweets are indeed the U11 Plus. It's not clear what the pricing or availability of the U11 Life will be.
